1. Eligibility for Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items Several types of goods are exempt from being returned due to the nature of the products:

  • Electrical parts (e.g., CDI units, ignition coils, sensors) once they have been installed or plugged in.
  • Engine oils, lubricants, and other fluids if the seal has been broken.
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse.

3. The Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our support team via WhatsApp at +94 76 343 87 97 or email us at info@sdtools.lk with your order number and photos of the item. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or bank account within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
